Introduction

What Dopia is, what it does without being asked, and what it always waits for you to decide.

Dopia is an agentic revenue engine. You connect your mailbox and calendar, and it builds your CRM out of the conversations you have already had — then keeps every record current, researches your buyers, prepares your day, and drafts your follow-ups. Anything addressed to a customer waits for your approval.

There is no import step and no blank first screen. Your first day starts with the work you have already done.

The four things the engine does

It captures. Email, calendar, meetings, calls and chats are caught where they happen — your mailbox on arrival, your meetings from the Mac app with no bot in the room, anything else from a screenshot. You never file anything.

It remembers. Every signal is folded into one living record per customer, and each new signal is read against everything that came before it. The record is never a snapshot you have to maintain.

It works. Between your conversations, agents do the parts that do not need you: research a buyer, write the morning brief, draft the reply, update the record after the call.

It waits. Outbound is drafted, not sent. Every message that would go out in your name stops for your click. Internal work — updating records, enriching data, taking notes — runs on its own.

What Dopia is not

  • Not an AI SDR. Dopia does not run cold campaigns for you and does not pretend to be a person. The selling stays yours.
  • Not a data vendor. There is no purchased contact database. Research runs over public sources and your own logged-in browser sessions.
  • Not a migration project. Nothing to import, no schema to model before you get value.

Who it is for

People selling on the front line: founders doing their own sales, a company's first sales hire, account executives who are a team of one, consultants and agencies. If you carry a number and your context is scattered across an inbox, a calendar, a pile of recordings and a CRM nobody updates, this is built for you.

It is not built for an organisation with years of history already committed to Salesforce or HubSpot.

What stays yours

Reading a room. Knowing which relationship is worth the extra hour. Judging whether a budget is real. Those never move to the engine — the point of taking everything else off your plate is that you get more hours for them.

Where to go next

Introduction to navigating Dopia shows you where everything lives. From there the chapter runs in order: the three parts that act without being asked — your assistant, Your desk and routines — then how your records are organised, and the two connections that fill them.
