What is a credit?
Credits measure the AI work your workspace consumes — answering emails, updating your CRM, transcribing meetings, taking calls. Each action costs a stable, predictable number of credits (see the table above). Your monthly plan includes credits for every seat, pooled and shared across the whole workspace.
What happens when we run out of credits?
Your AI assistant pauses new work — nothing is lost. Incoming emails queue up and are handled once credits are available, and all of your data stays accessible. Top up credits or enable auto top-up (with a monthly budget cap you control) to avoid interruptions.
How does adding a person work?
Invite them and they are billed pro-rata for the rest of the current period. Their seat's full monthly credits are added to the workspace pool immediately.
What happens to purchased credits if we cancel?
Purchased (top-up) credits never expire and remain usable after cancellation — you bought them, you keep them. Monthly plan credits reset each month and end with the subscription.
