Meeting Recorder

Every meeting, remembered.
No bot in the room.

Dopia records from your Mac’s menu bar — any call, in any app, and the ones that happen across a table. Notes, transcript and next steps land on the right deal before you’re back at your desk.

Recording a call is the easy part.
Not thinking about it is the point.

No link to paste, no bot to admit, no app to remember to open. Dopia notices the meeting and asks once.

01

Auto-detect

Zoom, Meet or Teams opens and a toast slides in: start recording, or ignore it. One click, from the menu bar.

02

No bot joins

Nothing appears in the participant list. Your customer sees a normal call — because it is one.

03

Any app, any room

System audio and mic, so it catches Slack huddles, phone calls on speaker and the coffee-shop meeting too.

Humans in the room, not bots

Dopia never joins your call. It listens from your Mac while you stay in the conversation — and the green bar is the only thing that knows.

What was decided, what the buyer pushed back on, and the next step with a date on it — written against the deal, minutes after you hang up.

Where it landed

Timeline view was the thing that landed. Bradley is looping in the CFO on pricing and wants updated seat tiers before Thursday; security summary is the other blocker. Budget is not the issue — approval sequencing is.

Objections

14:06“Per-seat gets expensive once support joins.”
21:48“Security review has to clear before finance signs.”

Commitments

You send the flat-tier pricing and the security summary before Thursday.Bradley brings the CFO into Thursday’s call and forwards the deck internally.Rollout target stays Q3, subject to finance sign-off.

Honestly the per-seat pricing gets expensive for us once support joins — is there a flat tier?

You14:21

There is — I’ll send the updated tiers today so your CFO sees the flat option next to per-seat.

Bradley Park21:48

One thing — security review has to clear before finance signs anything.

You22:10

Understood — I’ll attach the security summary to the same thread so your CFO has both in one place.

The call updates the record. You update nothing.

Every recording lands on the company, the contact and the deal it belongs to — beside the emails, the DMs and the calendar. Stage and next step rewrite themselves.

Recorded on your terms

A recorder that behaves like a colleague, not a crawler.

Lives in the menu bar

The Mac app records locally and uploads when the call ends. Nothing joins the meeting on your behalf.

Consent stays yours

You start and stop it. Pause mid-call when the conversation turns, and the transcript stops with you.

Delete anything

Remove a recording, its transcript and everything derived from it — from the call, and from memory.

A meeting is one signal. Dopia captures them all.

The call feeds the same living memory as your inbox, your DMs and your calendar.

Questions, answered

Does anything join the meeting?

No. Dopia records from your Mac — system audio plus your mic. There is no participant to admit and nothing in the attendee list, so the call looks exactly like a call.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

All of them. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Slack huddles, a phone call on speaker, or two people at a table — if your Mac can hear it, Dopia can record it. Auto-detect covers the calendar-based ones.

How fast is the summary?

Minutes after you stop. Transcript, summary, objections and next steps land together on the deal, and the follow-up draft is waiting for your approval.

Do I have to tell people they’re being recorded?

That depends on where you and your customer are, and it stays your call. You control when recording starts, and you can pause or delete at any point.

Where does the recording end up?

On the deal it belongs to, in your workspace — private to you until you share it. Delete a recording and everything derived from it goes too.

Stop taking notes. Start closing.

Install the Mac app, take your next call as usual, and read what it wrote.
