InflueMatch, Inc., operating as Dopia (also referred to as "Dopia", "we", "our" and "us"), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our websites, applications, and other online services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use the Services.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect about you to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, and to personalize your experience. This includes using the information to:
- Provide the Services to you
- Communicate with you about the Services
- Analyze and understand how the Services are used
- Personalize your experience within the Services
We may also use your information for research and analytics purposes, to enforce our policies, or as required by law. Our handling of data obtained through Google APIs is governed by the "Google User Data" section below, which controls in the event of any conflict with this section.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with third parties for the following purposes:
- To provide the Services to you
- To comply with legal requirements
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Dopia, our users, or others
We may also share your information with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal information. Data obtained through Google APIs is shared only as described in the "Google User Data" section below.
Google User Data
When you choose to connect your Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar) to Dopia, you explicitly grant Dopia access to certain Google user data through Google's consent screen. This section describes exactly what we access and how we handle it, and it controls in the event of any conflict with the more general statements elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
What we access and why
- Gmail — read-only (
gmail.readonly). With your consent, Dopia reads your email messages and attachments to build your private sales workspace: it extracts contacts, companies, and deals from your correspondence, summarizes email threads, and links messages to the right records in your CRM. Dopia never modifies, labels, archives, or deletes any message in your mailbox. - Gmail — send (
gmail.send). Dopia sends replies and new emails from your connected address only when you explicitly take or approve that action inside Dopia. This permission does not allow Dopia to read, modify, or delete your existing mail. - Google Calendar (
calendar). Dopia reads your calendar events and free/busy availability to show your meetings inside Dopia and to power your scheduling and booking pages, and it creates or deletes calendar events on your behalf when a meeting is booked or canceled through Dopia.
How we use it
We use your Google user data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features described above, for you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Limited Use
Dopia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Dopia's interface.
- We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected users.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless (a) we first obtain your consent to read specific messages, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Artificial intelligence processing
To generate features such as thread summaries and suggested replies, Dopia may process your Google user data using trusted third-party AI providers that act as our service providers. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train or improve their own models, and Dopia does not use your Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
Dopia is hosted entirely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), in the United States. Your Google user data and the OAuth tokens used to access it are stored in a Cloud SQL database that has no public IP address and is reachable only over a private network; file attachments are stored in Google Cloud Storage. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to a small number of authorized personnel through Google Cloud Identity and Access Management, and encrypted database backups are retained for a limited period solely for disaster recovery.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect your Google account from Dopia at any time in the app's settings. Disconnecting revokes Dopia's access at Google and deletes the email and calendar data synced from that account from our systems. You can also review and revoke Dopia's access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any remaining personal data, contact us at contact@dopia.ai.
Your Choices
You have the following choices regarding the information we collect and use:
- You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communications we send you.
- You can adjust your browser settings to disable cookies, or you can set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent.
- You can exercise your right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, or to request data portability, by contacting us using the contact information provided below.
Please note that if you opt out of certain types of data collection or use, you may not be able to use all of the features of the Services.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services to you, to comply with legal requirements, and to protect the rights, property, or the safety of us, our users, or others.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post any changes on this page, and we encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services to stay informed about our data collection and use practices and your choices.
