Your booking link

Share a link that lets people book time on your calendar — no back-and-forth, and every booking lands as a record in Dopia.

Scheduling in Dopia is a booking link you share so people can grab time on your calendar without the email ping-pong. They pick a slot, it lands on your calendar, and Dopia records the booking.

How it works

Connect your calendar

Scheduling writes to the calendar on your connected mailbox — Google Calendar or Outlook. If you've already connected your inbox, you're set.

Share your link

Open Scheduling from the sidebar and copy your booking link. Drop it in an email, a signature, or a message.

They book, you're done

The invitee picks an open slot. Dopia checks your real availability, creates the calendar event with a meeting link, and confirms with both of you.

What happens on a booking

When someone books, Dopia:

  • Writes the event to your connected calendar with a video link (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, matching your provider).
  • Sends the invite so the guest gets a calendar invitation automatically.
  • Notifies you with the invitee's details and notes.

Cancellations

Each booking includes a cancel link for the guest. If they cancel, Dopia removes the event from your calendar and updates the booking — no manual cleanup.

Next, set up meeting types to offer different durations and rules.
