Meeting types

Offer different kinds of meetings — durations, locations, and availability rules — each with its own booking link.

A meeting type is a kind of meeting people can book — a 30-minute intro call, a 60-minute deep dive, whatever you offer. Each has its own duration, location, and availability rules, so the right kind of meeting gets the right slot.

What a meeting type defines

  • Duration — how long the meeting runs (15, 30, 60 minutes, or your own).
  • Location — a provider video link (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, matching your calendar) or your own custom location.
  • Availability — the working hours bookings can land in, plus buffers and limits so your day stays sane.

Availability rules

Meeting types give you control over when people can book:

Working hours

Set the days and hours you accept meetings. Slots are only offered inside this window, in your time zone.

Buffers and limits

Add buffer time before or after a meeting so you're not slammed back-to-back, and cap how many of a given meeting type can be booked in a day.

Multiple types, one calendar

You can run several meeting types at once — each with its own link — all writing to the same connected calendar and respecting your real availability. Share the intro-call link in cold outreach and the deep-dive link with active deals.
