Email support@dopia.ai and a human will get back to you. To make that fast, include:
- What you were trying to do — the goal, not just the error.
- What happened instead — the message you saw, or what was missing.
- Where — the page or record, and a link if you have one.
Ask your AI assistant first
For "how do I…" questions about your own workspace, your AI assistant in Chat is often the fastest answer — it can see your records and act on them, not just describe steps. Worth a try before you write in.
Reporting a bug
If something's broken, tell us what you expected versus what happened, and whether it's repeatable. The more specific the steps, the faster we can fix it.
