Integration
Your Stripe revenue, already in your CRM
Connect Stripe and Dopia turns customers, subscriptions and invoices into contacts, companies and deals — then closes those deals on the day the money actually lands.
Read-only access. Disconnect any time from Dopia settings.
How it works
- 1
Create your Dopia workspace
Sign in with Google or Microsoft. New workspaces start on a free Pro trial — no credit card.
- 2
Authorize Stripe
Settings → Connections → Connect. Stripe shows you exactly what Dopia can read before you accept.
- 3
Your pipeline fills itself
The backfill runs immediately, then webhooks keep everything current without anyone entering data.
What lands in your CRM
| In Stripe | In Dopia |
|---|---|
| Customer | Contact + Company Matched on email and domain, so the same buyer never lands twice. |
| Subscription | One deal Valued at its annualized amount — never one deal per billing period. |
| Paid invoice | Deal → Closed Won Closed on the real payment date, for the amount actually charged. |
| Trialing subscription | Open deal Close date is the trial end, so it shows up in the forecast. |
| Products and prices | Deal amounts Your catalog sets the default value when a deal has no amount yet. |
Read-only, by design
These are every permission the Dopia app asks Stripe for. All of them are read. There is no write scope.
Frequently asked questions
Can Dopia change anything in my Stripe account?
No. Dopia requests read permissions only — there is no write scope in the app at all. It cannot create customers, edit subscriptions, issue refunds, or charge anyone.
How quickly does it sync?
The first connect backfills your catalog, customers, subscriptions and invoices. After that Stripe webhooks push changes as they happen, and a reconciliation pass runs every 24 hours to catch anything a webhook missed.
What happens to my CRM if I disconnect?
The companies, contacts and deals stay — they are your workspace data. Dopia just stops syncing and drops the Stripe credentials. Reconnecting resumes where it left off.
What if a customer cancels?
A subscription that never paid and then cancelled closes its deal as lost. One that paid and later cancelled stays Closed Won — the revenue was real. Churn is tracked separately rather than rewriting history.
Do I need a paid Dopia plan?
Every new workspace starts on a free Pro trial with no credit card, and the Stripe connection is available during it. After the trial a paid plan is required.
